Peaceful Minds is a non profit Wellness Center offering Combat Veterans complementary therapies FREE of charge. Their clinic provides acupuncture, massage therapy, reiki, yoga, and meditation to service related post traumatic stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, traumatic brain injury, and pain. to you and something else that you reject will push you in another direction.
Inspiration is absolutely unnecessary and somehow deceptive. You feel like you
need this great idea before you can get down to work, and I find that's almost

Harley University Center Gallery at Adelphi University. The gallery's current exibition, In the Radiance  of Shadows, is incredible. The works of Warren C. Lyons are truly inspirational and a must see. I was lost in the mystery and enchantment of his pieces for quite some time. The exhibit is up until Feb 28th.
